Magic Mirror corporate rentals start at $800 and scale based on event duration, number of print formats, custom branding complexity, and whether perforated or luxury media is included. Most corporate activations fall between $800 and $2,500. Every quote includes setup, teardown, a trained on-site attendant, and digital photo delivery.

What custom branding options are available?

Every corporate activation includes fully customized print templates, on-screen animations, digital sharing overlays, and the landing page guests use to download their photos. We match your visual identity — logos, brand colors, typography, event themes, and sponsor placements. For larger activations, we can also create custom vinyl wraps, branded backdrops, and themed prop setups.

How does lead capture and data collection work?

Before attendees receive their photos, they can opt in to share their email or phone number to have their photo delivered digitally. You can also add custom survey questions, consent checkboxes, or interest-level questions. Data is delivered to you after the event as a clean CSV file — ready to import into your CRM, marketing automation platform, or email tool.

What is perforated media and how does it work?

Perforated media is professional photo print material with a built-in tear-off section — typically a coupon, QR code, voucher, or promotional code. Attendees keep the photo; the detachable tab drives post-event action like a discount redemption, landing page visit, or social share. Available in 4x6" and 6x8" formats with multiple perforation layouts. Custom design and approval typically requires 2–3 weeks lead time.

Do you offer luxury print finishes like metallic?

Yes. We offer two premium luxury finishes as upgrades on any corporate activation: Metallic (accentuated color and pop, ideal for bold brand events and galas) and Silver Pearl (soft, elegant finish with natural skin tones, ideal for executive portraits and upscale events). Both are available in 5x7", 6x8", and 8x12" formats.

How far in advance should we book?

For standard corporate activations, we recommend booking 6–12 weeks ahead to secure your date and allow time for branded design approvals. Activations with perforated media, custom vinyl wraps, or luxury print finishes require additional lead time — plan 8–12 weeks ahead for those. Last-minute bookings are occasionally possible depending on availability; contact us to check.

What venues and cities do you serve?

We're based in St. Catharines and serve corporate events across Niagara, Hamilton, Burlington, Oakville, Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, and Markham. Travel within the GTA is included in every quote. We've operated at trade show venues, corporate offices, hotels, wineries, and non-traditional brand activation spaces. What space and power requirements are needed?

The Magic Mirror requires approximately 8x8 feet of floor space including the photo area, a single 110V power outlet within 25 feet, and Wi-Fi for digital sharing (though cellular backup is available). For trade show activations or larger footprints with additional branding elements, plan for 10x10 feet. We provide everything else — booth, lighting, printer, laptop, attendant, and all supplies.
