Fallsview ballrooms run big, glossy and chandelier-lit — the Mirror reads as décor there, not equipment. They also run on hotel rules: a loading dock, a service-elevator window, a certificate of insurance naming the hotel, and a banquet captain who wants the booth where the fire marshal agrees. We handled exactly that for a national grocery chain's magazine gala at Fallsview this September — Magazine Booth, custom cover headline, a two-hour cocktail window. Down the Parkway the winery estates trade skyline for vines, where the DSLR booth's studio strobes earn their keep. Different venue? Send it — every one of them is twenty minutes from the shop.

How It Works
Twenty minutes changes the maths
Half your vendors drive from Toronto. We don't.
Setup can start in the morning for an evening reception, the spare printer is twenty minutes away instead of two hours, and a second booth can be added late. Travel is included — it would be embarrassing to charge for it.
Design your booth
Backdrop and print template through our online picker, matched to your invitations; proofs approved before the day. Metallic or holographic finish from $100; a custom 8×8 backdrop from $150.
Hotel paperwork, handled
COI naming the hotel, dock and service-elevator window, placement agreed with the banquet captain — we sort it with your coordinator the week before. On the night we ask for a marked spot and a small prop table, and we arrive about 40 minutes before the booth opens.

Yes. This September a national grocery chain's events team booked the Magazine Booth for a gala at Fallsview, and the hotel paperwork — COI, dock, service elevator, placement — is routine for us. Send your coordinator's contact and we handle it directly.
Is travel to Niagara Falls extra?
No. We are twenty minutes up the QEW in St. Catharines, and travel is included everywhere we go anyway. Fallsview, Lundy's Lane, Queenston, the Parkway wineries — same price.
Half our guests are flying in. How do they get the photos?
Every attended booth rental includes Pic Booth One: one QR code opens the full gallery, no app, no sign-up — so the relatives from overseas see every photo before their flight home. Each booth session also ends with a print or a text.
Can the booth go outdoors or in a tent at a winery?
Yes — a terrace, a tent or a vineyard lawn works with power and a level surface. We confirm placement and a rain plan with the venue the week before; the DSLR booth's strobes don't care what the sky does.
How far ahead should we book?
Niagara Falls Saturdays from May to October book 6 to 12 months out and carry a three-hour minimum — destination couples often book further ahead than locals. A flat $100 deposit holds the date and transfers for up to 18 months.
Which Niagara Falls venues hold the biggest crowds?
By listed capacity: Grandé Ballroom, Americana Resort (up to 1,000); Club Italia Event Centre (up to 600); Niagara Parks Weddings (up to 400). For rooms past 400 guests, book the Magic Mirror or the DSLR booth for four hours so the line keeps moving, and ask the venue for a spot by the dance floor rather than the foyer.
