We have events on Friday and Saturday. Can you do both?
Yes. Each event is quoted on its own ladder, the same booth moves between halls, and each night gets its own print template. Book both at once and the dates are held with one $100 deposit each.
How do you handle a Brampton banquet hall with a strict load-in?
We confirm the dock, the load-in window and a certificate of insurance with your hall the week before, arrive about 40 minutes before the booth opens, and ask only for a marked spot and a small prop table.
Do you travel to Brampton from St. Catharines?
About an hour and ten minutes via the QEW and the 410, and travel is included — Bramalea, Mount Pleasant, Castlemore, same price.
What if the reception runs late?
Extra hours are $100 each, agreed on the night with the attendant. Brampton halls run long; we plan for it.
How far ahead should we book?
Saturdays from May to October book 6 to 12 months out with a three-hour minimum; multi-event weekends go earlier. A flat $100 deposit holds each date and transfers for up to 18 months.
