Mississauga's rooms are built for volume — the Mississauga Convention Centre, Grand Victorian Convention Centre, and LakeShore Convention Centre handle the big guest lists; Harding Waterfront Estate and Le Treport bring the lake and the gardens. Pic Booth One comes with every attended booth rental: guests scan one QR code to find their table and see every photo. When the seating chart changes on Friday night, you update once — no reprint.
Print or text, then the gallery
Each session ends with a print or a text so the line keeps moving; the full set lands in your private gallery afterward. Bundle weddings also get a hand-curated black-and-white set.

Can one booth really handle a 400-guest reception?
Yes — with two attendants and four hours, split around dinner. Sessions end with a print or a text so nobody waits for both, and unlimited prints are the point. For rooms past 500 we suggest a second booth or a 360 as a second line.
Our venue gave us a seating chart with 40 tables. Does the booth help?
Every attended booth rental includes Pic Booth One: guests scan a QR code on one sign to find their table and open the photo gallery. No app, no registration. Change a table on Friday and everyone sees it Saturday.
Do you travel to Mississauga from St. Catharines?
Yes, about an hour on the QEW. Travel is included — Port Credit, Streetsville, the airport corridor, same price.
How far in advance should we book?
Mississauga Saturdays from May to October book 6 to 12 months out and carry a three-hour minimum. A flat $100 deposit holds the date and transfers for up to 18 months.
Can the booth go outdoors at a Mississauga venue?
Yes — waterfront, garden and tented receptions work with power and a level floor. We settle placement and a rain plan with your venue the week before.
