Cocktail hour, dinner, dancing — we split the night at no charge
The Wedding Bundle's four hours can be split before and after dinner at no extra cost: open the booth during cocktail hour while guests are fresh, close it through dinner and speeches, reopen when the dance floor fills. Nobody misses the entrées and the booth is never printing over a toast. We arrive about 40 minutes before the first open — earlier when the building allows — set up, test, and ask only for a marked booth spot and a small prop table. The dock, the freight elevator and the COI we sort with your coordinator the week before.

Reserve early
Toronto Saturdays from May to October are gone 6–12 months out, and peak dates carry a three-hour minimum. A flat $100 deposit holds the date, and it transfers if plans move — for up to 18 months.

Pick the backdrop and print template through our online picker, matched to your invitations; proofs approved before the day. Metallic or holographic print finish from $100.
Keep more than the prints
Each session ends with a print or a text, and the whole set lands in your private gallery afterward. We shoot in colour on the night; Bundle weddings also get a hand-curated black-and-white set on top.

How much does a wedding photo booth cost in Toronto?
DSLR and Retro from $750, Magic Mirror from $800, 360 Video Booth from $900, the guest-run Magazine Booth from $1,000 for the day — and the complete Wedding Bundle is $1,100. Travel to Toronto is included; the number you see is the number you pay. See pricing.
Can the booth be split around dinner?
Yes. The Bundle's four hours split before and after dinner at no charge — cocktail hour, then the dance floor. For a shorter rental we would rather run one block: setup and teardown don't get shorter when the rental does.
Our venue needs a COI, a dock booking and an elevator window.
Standard in Toronto. Send your coordinator's contact and we arrange all three directly, the week before. Rooftops and terraces work too, with power and a level floor.
Do you travel to Toronto from St. Catharines?
Yes. Downtown, North York, Etobicoke, Scarborough, and north to York Region. This fall included a Magic Mirror night at Parkview Manor in North York, and a November wedding at a Newmarket boutique hotel is on the calendar with the Bundle. Travel is included.
How far ahead should we book?
6 to 12 months for May-to-October Saturdays; peak dates carry a three-hour minimum. A flat $100 deposit holds the date and transfers for up to 18 months if plans move.
What is the Keychain Station?
An add-on — $400 for the first 100 keychains. Prints switch to 2×6 strips, guests pick two of their three photos, one is their print and the second is pressed into a keychain on the spot. It runs with two attendants, and extra keychains are prepaid in blocks of ten, never charged on the night.
Which Toronto venues hold the biggest crowds?
By listed capacity: Parkview Manor (up to 1,000); Markham Convention Centre (up to 900); The Estate Banquet & Event Centre (up to 400). For rooms past 400 guests, book the Magic Mirror or the DSLR booth for four hours so the line keeps moving, and ask the venue for a spot by the dance floor rather than the foyer.
