How much does a photo booth rental cost?
Staffed booths from $750 (three-hour minimum on peak Saturdays), self-serve from $449 through Snap & Go, and the complete Wedding Bundle at $1,100. See the full pricing, or send your details for an exact quote within 24 hours.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend 3–6 months, especially for Saturday weddings between May and October — popular Niagara dates often book 6–12 months out. If your date is coming up soon, reach out and we'll tell you honestly whether we can make it work.
Do you travel to venues across the GTA?
Yes — travel is included. We regularly serve St. Catharines, Niagara Falls, Niagara-on-the-Lake, Hamilton, Burlington, Oakville, Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Markham, and Toronto. No hidden fees, no surprise travel charges.
What do you need on-site? Power, WiFi, space?
A standard 110V outlet within about 20 feet and a 6 ft × 8 ft space for most setups. WiFi is helpful but not required — we bring our own hotspot. We handle setup and teardown entirely.*
* Your venue's freight elevator may have opinions. We've met most of them.
Is Pic Booth insured?
Yes — every rental includes comprehensive commercial general liability insurance. You'll receive a certificate of insurance with your venue named as additionally insured on request — no extra charge. One less thing on your checklist.
