Yes — travel is included in all GTA quotes. No hidden fees, no surprise travel charges on the invoice. If your venue is outside the GTA, we can still often accommodate — just let us know the location and we'll confirm.

We need a standard 110V power outlet within about 20 feet of the booth location, and a 6 ft × 8 ft space for most setups (Magic Mirror and 360 booths need slightly more). WiFi is helpful but not required — we bring our own mobile hotspot as a backup for instant digital sharing. We handle setup and teardown entirely; you don't need to provide anything beyond the outlet and a clear space.

Most venues in Niagara and the GTA require proof of insurance from all vendors, and we carry it as standard on every booking. You'll receive a certificate of insurance with your venue named as additionally insured upon request — no extra charge, no hoops to jump through. It's one less thing on your planning checklist.
