How much does a photo booth rental cost?

Pic Booth rentals start at $500–$1,000, with final pricing based on your booth type, event length, add-ons (custom frames, props, branded videos), and location. Weddings and corporate events typically fall in different ranges because they have different needs — weddings lean on keepsake prints and guest experience, while corporate events often include branded overlays, lead-capture forms, and social sharing. How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking 3–6 months in advance, especially for Saturday weddings between May and October. Peak wedding season in Niagara fills up fast — popular dates often book 6–12 months out. Corporate events with shorter lead times are sometimes possible depending on availability. If your date is coming up soon, reach out right away and we'll tell you honestly whether we can make it work.

Do you travel to venues across the GTA?

Yes — travel is included in all GTA quotes. We regularly serve St. Catharines, Niagara Falls, Niagara-on-the-Lake, Hamilton, Burlington, Oakville, Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Markham, and Toronto. No hidden fees, no surprise travel charges on the invoice. If your venue is outside the GTA, we can still often accommodate — just let us know the location and we'll confirm.

What do you need on-site? Power, WiFi, space?

We need a standard 110V power outlet within about 20 feet of the booth location, and a 6 ft × 8 ft space for most setups (Magic Mirror and 360 booths need slightly more). WiFi is helpful but not required — we bring our own mobile hotspot as a backup for instant digital sharing. We handle setup and teardown entirely; you don't need to provide anything beyond the outlet and a clear space.
