The Moment That Kept Repeating Itself
After years of working weddings across the Niagara region — from vineyard receptions in Niagara-on-the-Lake to tent weddings in Grimsby — we kept watching the same scene play out.
5:47 PM. Golden hour. The bride is with her photographer. The light is perfect. Then someone taps her on the shoulder: "Where do I sit?" Another guest: "When does the first dance start again?" A third: "Can you send me the photos from the booth?" Three questions. Three minutes. Three shots the photographer will never get back.
The photo booth solved part of the problem. Guests loved it. Prints flew. But the chaos happening around the booth — the confusion, the missed moments, the guest photos disappearing into phone storage forever — kept happening.
So we built the fix. And we made it free.
What Is Pic Booth One?
Pic Booth One is a proprietary wedding management system built by Pic Booth and included free with every wedding photo booth booking. Behind a single QR code — placed at your welcome table, on your escort cards, or anywhere your guests will see it — are three tools that solve the three most common wedding-day frustrations. No app to download. No platform to sign up for. One scan from any smartphone opens everything.
Private Photo Gallery
Every photo your guests take throughout the night — candid moments, table shots, dancing — uploads directly to your private gallery in full resolution. Not compressed. Not lost in a text thread. Yours forever, downloadable as a ZIP file for up to 12 months after your wedding. Optional Instagram-style captions included.
Find My Seat
Your guest types their name and sees their table instantly. No wandering the reception room. No squinting at a printed chart designed three weeks ago and changed four times since. When the seating changes — and it always does — you update it from your phone and every guest sees the new version the next time they scan.
Live Itinerary
One place where your timeline lives. When the first dance moves from 8:00 to 8:15, you change it once. Your photographer, your DJ, your guests, your in-laws — everyone who scans sees the updated schedule instantly, with Google Maps directions to every venue on the timeline. One source of truth, always current.

Your time: 12 minWhy We Built It Instead of Using an Existing Platform
Before building Pic Booth One, we researched every QR-based wedding tool on the market. We looked at platforms including GuestPix, Wedibox, DigiSeats, EventSnap, and WeddingPOV.
What we found was consistent: most platforms do one thing. Photo sharing, or seating, or scheduling — rarely more than one, and never bundled together. The platforms that came closest charged couples $99 to $299 per event — a separate purchase on top of every other wedding vendor, requiring independent research, signup, configuration, and management during the most logistically intense period of their lives.
We built Pic Booth One to do all three things, behind one QR code, with a 15-minute setup — and to include it free with every booking. Not as an upsell. Not as a premium tier. Bundled in, always. No other photo booth company in Niagara offers this. We have not found a single competitor in our market that has built or integrated proprietary wedding management software into their rental service.
Pic Booth One vs. Other QR Platforms
Here is what couples actually encounter when they look at standalone QR wedding tools — and how Pic Booth One compares.
Typical standalone tool
- One feature only — photo OR seating OR schedule
- $99–$299 per event, billed separately
- You build the entire platform yourself
- Another vendor to research, sign up, and manage
- No connection to your photo booth experience
Included with every Pic Booth booking
- All three tools behind one QR code
- Free — always, with every booking
- We build the platform, you add your details
- One vendor, one booking, everything included
- Fully integrated with your photo booth rental
I wish I could give 10 stars! Pic Booth's magazine photo booth was a major highlight of our wedding. Our guests were obsessed with it, and the photos turned out amazing! Rick was fantastic every step of the way — professional, responsive, and genuinely invested in making our day perfect. We couldn't recommend Pic Booth more highly.
