What this website is

Prices, availability notes and package details on this site are published in good faith and kept current, but they are information, not an offer. A booking exists once we've confirmed your date in writing and you've paid the deposit. Nothing here creates a contract on its own.

Booking and payment

Deposit: a flat $100 on every booking, whatever you book. It holds your date and your price.
Balance: due 14 days before the event.
If your date moves: your deposit transfers for 18 months.
Travel: included across Niagara and the GTA. The number you approve is the number on the invoice.
Peak-season Saturdays carry a three-hour minimum on staffed booths.

Draw Bots start at $1,000 and the Mosaic Wall is quote-only; both are priced per event because guest count, hours, number of stations and branding work move the number too far for a single published figure to be honest.

What we bring, and what we need

Every staffed rental includes a trained attendant for the full booking, setup and teardown, and delivery of your gallery afterwards. We need a standard outlet and a level surface with enough room for the booth you've booked — the footprint for each is listed on its page. If a venue's access, power or space differs from what we were told, we'll work with you on the day, but it can affect what's possible.

Photos and how we use them

You and your guests receive your photos. We may also use images from your event in our gallery and on social accounts as examples of our work. If you'd rather we didn't — for the whole event or for one photo — tell us and we won't, or we'll take it down. See the Privacy Policy.

Not thrilled with your experience? We'll make it right — guaranteed. That means talking to us, quickly, so we can actually fix it. It is not a substitute for the remedies in your rental agreement; it's our commitment on top of them.
