We used Pic booth for our wedding last night and I couldn't wait to post a review. The picture quality was great! I would definitely recommend getting the package with the magic mirror that comes with the phone for guests to leave messages, and the key chains for a beautiful keep sake — the guests loved these!

Bench wineries, barns and a village inn
The Twenty Valley hosts three kinds of wedding, and each one changes the booth plan. Winery estates on the Bench run the night from a patio into a barrel room or a tent, so the booth goes where the evening ends up. Barns need a flat floor, an outlet and a corner out of the draft. In Jordan Village it is an inn, where the reception room is set and so is the load-in time. We sort which of the three you have with your coordinator the week before, then arrive about 40 minutes ahead of the booth opening.

How It Works
From the QEW to the Bench
A short run from St. Catharines
Jordan is about 20 minutes away and Beamsville not much further, so an afternoon setup is easy and a second booth can be added late. Travel is included on every valley quote.
Keepsakes guests carry out
Every staffed booth prints on the spot. Add the Keychain Station and guests leave with their photo pressed into a keychain, $400 for up to 100; metallic or holographic prints from $100.
Planned with the venue
We confirm power, floor and cover with your winery, barn or inn the week before, and send a certificate of insurance naming the venue at no charge. On the night we ask for a marked spot and a small prop table.

Our reception is in a barn. Will the booth work there?
Yes. A barn needs three things for a booth: a flat floor, an outlet within reach and a spot out of the draft from the big doors. Send us a photo of the space and we will tell you where it goes.
Can you set up at a conservation area like Ball's Falls?
Outdoor and conservation sites need a tent or cover, level ground and power, and some only have power in certain buildings. Ask the site what they provide; we confirm placement and a rain plan the week before.
Can guests take home a keychain as a favour?
Yes. The Keychain Station runs beside a staffed booth and presses a guest's photo into a keychain on the spot: $400 for up to 100. The Calamus wedding had one, and the couple's review says the guests loved them.
How far ahead should we book a Lincoln wedding?
Winery Saturdays from May to October book 6 to 12 months out and carry a three-hour minimum. A flat $100 deposit holds the date and transfers for up to 18 months.
Which Lincoln venues hold the biggest crowds?
