Why we're not the cheapest
The cheapest booth in any city is an iPad with a ring light. Ours are DSLR cameras with studio strobes, run by photographers. The difference shows up in every print your guests keep — and never shows up as a surprise fee on your invoice.

$100 locks your date — and your price
A flat $100 deposit, the same on every booking. Credit card, e-transfer, or cheque. Credited straight to your balance.
Balance 14 days before
We send the reminders. You never chase a due date. Nobody's wedding week needs an invoice scavenger hunt.
Deposits transfer for 18 months
Rescheduling? Your deposit moves to any future date within 18 months, subject to availability. We've done it many times, without extra fees.

How much is a photo booth?
In Niagara and the GTA, a staffed photo booth runs $750 to $1,100 for a two-to-four-hour event with an attendant, unlimited sessions and prints, and a self-serve booth $449 to $599 for the whole day. The spread across companies is mostly what's left out of the headline price: attendant, prints, travel, a gallery. Ours include all four. The question underneath is usually "what does it cost per guest": at 150 guests a $850 booth is under six dollars a head, which is less than the late-night pizza.
How much does a photo booth rental cost in Niagara?
Staffed booths run on 2/3/4-hour ladders: DSLR from $750, Magic Mirror from $800, 360 from $900, with four hours the most popular pick. What's included in every staffed rental?
Attendant, unlimited sessions, instant prints, digital sharing, props, a custom template you approve before event day, backdrop, the full gallery afterward, and liability insurance. No tiered “oh, prints are extra” surprises.
What's the deposit?
A flat $100 on every booking — it locks your date and your price, and it's credited to your balance. The rest is due 14 days before your event, with reminders sent.
What if my event gets rescheduled?
Deposits transfer to any future date within 18 months, subject to availability. Life happens; we've rebooked many events without extra fees.
Why is there a three-hour minimum on peak Saturdays?
Summer and fall Saturdays book solid months out — a two-hour slot would mean turning away a full-night couple for a half-night booking. Two-hour packages run gladly on weekdays, Sundays, and off-season dates.
Are there travel fees?
No. Travel across Niagara and the GTA is included — the number you approve is the number on the invoice.
