The code sits on a sign where guests arrive. They open the camera they already use, point it, and the page opens in their browser. That is the whole learning curve, which matters when half the room is over seventy and the other half is two drinks in.

What's behind the code
Every wedding gets the two things guests ask about most: where am I sitting, and how do I get you this photo? Book 4 hours or more and the same code does four more jobs.

Type a name, see the table
Guests type their name and their table appears, along with who else is sitting there. Misspellings and nicknames still work: “Mike” finds “Michael.” Move someone at 11pm the night before and their next scan shows the new table.

What is Pic Booth One?
Pic Booth One is the wedding platform we built and include with every wedding booking. One QR code sits on one sign at your reception. Guests scan it, type their name to find their table, and add the photos they take to your private gallery.
Do my guests need to download an app?
No. Guests point their phone camera at the code and it opens in their browser. No app, no account, no registration.
Is Pic Booth One really free?
Yes. It is included free with every Pic Booth wedding booking, a $150 value. There is nothing to add at checkout and no subscription.
What comes with every wedding, and what needs 4 hours?
Every wedding booking gets the QR photo gallery and Find My Seat. Book any booth for 4 hours or more, or the $1,100 Wedding Bundle, and you get all six features: song requests to the DJ, the TV slideshow, the digital menu and the day-of itinerary as well.
Can I change the seating chart after the sign is printed?
Yes. The sign only holds the code. You update the seating from your phone or laptop, and the next guest who scans sees the change. Nothing gets reprinted.
Who can see the photos?
The gallery is private. Only guests with your code can upload to it or view it, and you decide whether guests can see each other's uploads or only their own. Photos are kept at full resolution for 12 months after the wedding, and you can download the whole gallery as a ZIP.
How much setup does it take?
We build your account. You add a header photo, your welcome text and your seating, either through a simple form or our CSV template. Most couples are done in about fifteen minutes, and you can keep editing up to the morning of the wedding.
Book the booth, the code comes with it.
