Check Your DateThree Promises Behind One QR Code
Your cousin's toast across the room. Your nephew dancing with grandma. The exact moment your dad first saw you in your dress — caught from three different angles, by three different aunts. The morning after, every memory anyone else made of your day. In one place. Yours.
Every guest's phone becomes part of the archive — the gallery, the live TV slideshow, the photographer's portal.
It's 2:47pm and the ceremony starts in forty-three minutes. Your phone's been buzzing since you woke up. Where's the parking? What's Aunt Karen's table number? Is dinner gluten-free? Did the schedule change? You're trying to put on mascara and your mother just took the fourth call from your second cousin. Today she's supposed to be your mom. Not the help desk.
Type a name, see a table. Filter the menu. Pull up the timeline with directions. The questions stop because the answers were already there.
The DJ is good. You picked them carefully. But there's a moment — usually around 9:15, after dinner, when the energy hasn't quite landed yet — where the floor empties because the song just isn't right. Your maid of honor stares at her phone. Your dad goes outside. And you wonder if anyone's going to come back.
Guests vote with their phones. The most-wanted songs rise to the top. Your DJ sees a live queue ranked by the room — and plays what your people actually want to dance to.
Guests' photos auto-cycle on the venue's TV or projector. Between photos, your DJ's live queue appears with a QR — guests scan, request a song, and watch it climb the chart.

Yes. Included at no extra cost with every Pic Booth wedding bundle, corporate event package, and standalone photo booth rental — always. Not an upsell. Not a tier. Part of what you get when you book.
Planning your wedding without a Pic Booth rental? You can still get every feature you saw on this page for $139 CAD as a one-time payment — no subscription, no recurring fees.
Yes — the software is online, so it works for any wedding in any city. Photo booth rentals are limited to the Niagara region and Greater Toronto Area, but Pic Booth One on its own works for couples anywhere in Canada. Your guests scan a QR code from their phones; that's it.
You already are. Every simulation on this page shows the real product — the same gallery, the same DJ portal, the same seat finder your guests will use. We're putting together a complete walkthrough demo account you can explore on your phone, coming soon.
In the meantime, message us and we'll walk you through a live event together.
Fifteen minutes total — done by you, not us. We build your account and email you the login. You upload your header image, type your itinerary, drop in your seating either through our form or our CSV template, add menu items, and import your special-moment songs. After that, you only revisit it when something changes.
Guests search and request songs from their phones — over 16,000 songs in our database with album art. Other guests upvote requests. Your DJ sees a live queue with the most-requested songs at the top, plus your locked-in special-moment songs pinned above. Swipe right to mark played, swipe left to decline. You can lock requests mid-event if you want to pause new ones.
Yes. Every dish shows allergen badges (nuts, gluten, dairy, shellfish and more) and dietary filters for Vegetarian, Vegan, and Gluten-Free. You can add chef's notes and your own notes per dish. Guests scan once, filter once, eat without worry.
Display guest photos on any TV at your venue — they appear automatically as guests upload. A DJ request card cycles in every few minutes showing the top 5 song requests, plus your DJ's name, company branding, and a QR code so guests can request a song without leaving the dance floor. PIN protection means only staff can access the controls.
Yes. That's the whole point. You can update from your phone, laptop, or tablet — anytime, anywhere. Changes appear instantly the next time a guest scans. Move a guest at 11pm the night before. Push the first dance from 8:00 to 8:15 mid-cocktail-hour. It just works.
No. Guests scan the QR code with their phone's camera. Everything opens in their browser. No app downloads, no accounts, no registration. Works on every modern smartphone.
Only your guests with the QR code can upload or view photos — the gallery is completely private. You decide whether guests can see other uploads or only their own.
Photos are downloadable immediately during and after your event. Save individual photos or grab the entire gallery as a ZIP file in original full resolution. Available for 12 months after your wedding date.
Three things. One: most QR platforms only handle one job — photos, or seating, or song requests. Pic Booth One does seven behind one QR code. Two: they make the host build the whole thing themselves; we build the platform for you. Three: it's included free with every Pic Booth booking — always.
