Pillar and Post. Bella Terra. Jackson-Triggs.
A July 2026 wedding reception at the Pillar and Post. Our DSLR booth at a Bella Terra Vineyards wedding in September, and booked back there for July 2027. A full-length Magic Mirror printing co-branded 25th-anniversary strips at the Jackson-Triggs Summer Concert Series. Ferox is next, in May 2027.
See the Bella Terra WeddingPick the booth your guests won't leave alone
16 of the 30 Niagara-on-the-Lake venues in Ontario Wedding Vendors are wineries. Barrel rooms and tasting-room patios suit the Magic Mirror and the open-air DSLR booth. Every staffed booth comes with an attendant. The self-serve booth runs itself until 11pm.
Magic Mirror
Full length, talks guests through the pose, prints in seconds. It printed the co-branded strips at Jackson-Triggs, and it reads as décor in a barrel room or an inn ballroom.

DSLR Photo Booth
A real camera and studio strobe, open-air. The booth that worked Bella Terra in September; the strobe does not care that the sun went down behind the vines.

Vines by day, barrel room by night
Weddings here move. The ceremony is in the vines, cocktails are on the patio, dinner is in a barrel room or a tent, and the booth belongs wherever the night ends up, not where the day starts. A vineyard needs a plan for cover, power and a sunset that shines straight into the lens. A heritage inn in Old Town needs a load-in time and a spot that suits an older room. The Pillar and Post runs an inn and a garden venue under one name, and the two need different plans. We settle which one with your coordinator the week before, not on the night.
Printed here, kept for good
Strips from a Magic Mirror wedding in town and from our DSLR booth at Bella Terra, then the covers from a Magazine Booth night. Every one came out of the printer the same evening.

Twenty minutes to the vines
Down the QEW and Niagara Stone Road
We drive in from St. Catharines, not Toronto, so setup can start early for an afternoon ceremony and a spare printer is never far away. Travel is included, the same as everywhere else we go.
Match the booth to the day
Pick a backdrop and print template in our online picker, matched to your invitations or the winery's colours, and approve the proof before the day. Metallic or holographic prints from $100; a custom 8×8 backdrop from $150.
Tent, terrace or barrel room
The week before, we confirm power, level ground, cover and a rain plan with the venue. On the night we ask for a marked spot and a small prop table, and we arrive about 40 minutes before the booth opens.

Niagara-on-the-Lake wedding questions, answered before the quote
How much does a wedding photo booth cost in Niagara-on-the-Lake?
DSLR and Retro from $750, Magic Mirror from $800, 360 Video Booth from $900, the guest-run Magazine Booth from $1,000 for the day — the complete Wedding Bundle is $1,100. Travel to Niagara-on-the-Lake is included. See pricing.
Have you worked weddings in Niagara-on-the-Lake?
Yes. A wedding reception at the Pillar and Post in July 2026, our DSLR booth at a Bella Terra Vineyards wedding in September 2026 (we are booked back there for July 2027), and the Magic Mirror at the Jackson-Triggs Summer Concert Series. Ferox is on the calendar for May 2027.
Can the booth go outside in the vines or under a tent?
Under cover, yes: level ground, power within reach and shade from the evening sun. A tent or a covered terrace works; an open lawn at sunset does not, because the light comes straight into the lens. We confirm placement and a rain plan with the venue the week before.
Our ceremony is in the vines and the reception is in the barrel room. Where does the booth go?
Where the reception is. We set up once, about 40 minutes before the booth opens, so it is ready when everyone comes in from photos. With the Wedding Bundle, the four hours can split before and after dinner at no extra charge.
Do the heritage inns in Old Town allow a photo booth?
Every venue sets its own rules, and historic buildings tend to have tighter rooms and set load-in times. The Magic Mirror and the DSLR booth both fit a small footprint. Send us your coordinator's contact and we confirm the door, the timing and the spot.
How far ahead should we book a Niagara-on-the-Lake wedding?
Winery Saturdays from May to October book 6 to 12 months out and carry a three-hour minimum. A flat $100 deposit holds the date and transfers for up to 18 months.
Which Niagara-on-the-Lake venues hold the biggest crowds?
By listed capacity: Queen's Landing (up to 420); Pillar and Post Inn & Spa (up to 250); The Gardens at Pillar and Post (up to 200). For rooms past 400 guests, book the Magic Mirror or the DSLR booth for four hours so the line keeps moving, and ask the venue for a spot by the dance floor rather than the foyer.
What kinds of wedding venues does Niagara-on-the-Lake have?
Ontario Wedding Vendors lists 16 wineries, 10 hotels, 1 resort, 1 estate in Niagara-on-the-Lake. Wineries often split the night between a patio and a barrel room; we place the booth where the evening ends up.
Which Niagara-on-the-Lake venues have outdoor space?
Listed with indoor and outdoor space: White Oaks Conference Resort and Spa, Pillar and Post Inn & Spa, Pillitteri Estates Winery, Peller Estates Winery And Restaurant. Outdoors the booth needs level ground, shade from direct sun and a power source within reach; we confirm all three with the venue.
How long does it take you to get to Niagara-on-the-Lake?
From our St. Catharines base it's about 20 minutes on the QEW and Niagara Stone Road. We build that into the day, arrive well before your guests, and need about 40 minutes to set up. Travel is included.
