In Hamilton, 31 listed venues are mostly golf clubs and banquet halls: the same rooms that host company parties, galas and fundraisers. For a company tournament dinner the Magic Mirror goes by the bar; for a client day on the patio, the 360. Every staffed booth comes with an attendant. The school dance
A Hamilton school board rented our screen-free cameras in June, liked what came back, and booked the booth for the Halloween dance. Attendant-run, teacher-approved, no phones required.
The restaurant wedding

Loading docks, COIs, and the 40 minutes on the QEW
Hamilton's big rooms want paperwork before they want a booth: a certificate of insurance naming the venue, a vendor timeline, a load-in window at the dock. We send all three before you ask. How much does a photo booth rental cost in Hamilton?
Same as everywhere we go, with travel included: DSLR from $750, Retro booth from $750, Magic Mirror from $800, 360 from $900, each with an attendant. Draw Bots and the Mosaic Wall are quoted per event. Self-serve starts at $449 through Snap & Go. See pricing.
Can you do a Hamilton corporate event on short notice?
Weeknights, usually yes. We confirm the date, send the certificate of insurance and a branded template proof within a day, and the venue gets a vendor timeline. Peak Saturdays are the exception; those go months out.
Do you have insurance for LIUNA Station and the Convention Centre?
Yes. Commercial general liability, with a certificate naming the venue issued at no charge. Hamilton's heritage halls also ask for load-in times and elevator restrictions; we handle that with the coordinator directly.
Do you do school dances and proms in Hamilton?
