Photo Booth Rental in Toronto & the GTA
One crew, the whole run — downtown rooftops to Markham convention halls.
Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Markham, Oakville and Burlington: we treat the GTA as one route, not seven quotes. Conference floors, galas, festivals, association dinners, weddings. Staffed booths from $750, travel included.

Canada's biggest night in music didn't book a Toronto vendor.
The 55th JUNO Awards After Party booth came from St. Catharines — and it works the GTA every week. Same booths, same team, your room.

In Toronto and the GTA, 107 listed venues are mostly banquet halls and golf clubs: the same rooms that host company parties, galas and fundraisers. For a gala of 300 or more, the Magic Mirror or DSLR booth prints fast enough to keep the line short. Every staffed booth comes with an attendant. Self-serve books through Snap & Go, our self-serve division.
Magic Mirror
Reads as décor in a ballroom, which is why gala crowds book it — and why a Toronto police association picked it for its annual dinner at Parkview Manor in North York.

DSLR Photo Booth
The workhorse for branded templates: your logo on every print, studio strobes for convention halls that light like parking garages.

Magazine Booth
The cover shoot we produced for the Oakville Festivals of Film & Art — guest-run all day, your masthead, no attendant queue.

Corporate & brand activations
Draw Bots sketching sponsor-branded caricature cards, the Photo Mosaic Wall building your logo live from guest photos, the Magazine Booth with your brand on the masthead. We own three Draw Bots, so a trade-show floor can run all three at once. See the corporate page →
Galas & association dinners
A national grocery chain's head-office events team booked the Magazine Booth for a September gala. A Toronto police association booked the Mirror for its annual dinner in North York. Prints in seconds, and two attendants when the room is big enough to need them.
Weddings, city by city
Toronto, Mississauga, Vaughan, Markham, Brampton and the lakeshore each have a wedding page written for that city's rooms. The $1,100 Wedding Bundle makes the drive at the same price. Start with Toronto →

Loading docks, freight elevators, and the two things we ask of you
GTA venues are managed buildings: a dock booking, a freight-elevator window, a certificate of insurance naming the venue, a security desk that wants our names in advance. We sort all of it with your venue contact before the day — you forward one email. In return we ask for two things: the booth spot marked on the floor plan (tape or a sign is fine) and a small table for props. We land about 40 minutes before the booth opens, earlier when the building allows, because we would rather test in an empty room than a full one.

Toronto & GTA questions, answered before the quote
How much does a photo booth rental cost in Toronto and the GTA?
Same ladders as everywhere we go: DSLR and Retro from $750, Magic Mirror from $800, 360 Video Booth from $900, the guest-run Magazine Booth from $1,000 for the day, Wedding Bundle $1,100. Self-serve starts at $449 through Snap & Go. Travel is in the number. See pricing.
Do you charge for travel to the GTA?
No. From St. Catharines it is an hour to ninety minutes depending on the city, and that drive is built into every price — a Markham quote and a Burlington quote are the same quote.
Can you brand the prints and the booth for a corporate event?
Yes — print templates carrying your logo, a branded start screen, sponsor templates (two designs is the usual ask for conferences) and a custom-printed 8×8 backdrop with your brand ($200, yours to keep). You approve proofs before the day, and the prints go out with your brand on them, not ours.
Our building needs a certificate of insurance and a dock booking. Is that a problem?
It is a Tuesday. Send the venue contact and we arrange the COI, the dock and the elevator window directly — standard practice for Toronto hotels, convention centres and clubs.
Can one event run more than one activation?
Yes, and we quote them separately so you can pick: the Mirror or DSLR booth for prints, Draw Bots for sponsor-branded caricature cards, the Mosaic Wall to build your logo from guest photos. Each one comes with its own attendant.
Do you cover Scarborough, Etobicoke and North York, or just downtown?
All of Toronto — downtown, North York, Etobicoke, Scarborough — plus the 905 ring: Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Markham, Oakville and Burlington. If the venue has an address, we have a parking plan.
GTA dates go first
Send the date, the city and the room — availability and an exact quote within 24 hours. If a different booth fits the event better, we say so before you pay for the wrong one.
