Video Guest Book · $400 · $200 Bundle Upgrade

Video Guest Book Rental in Niagara & the GTA

Their faces, their voices, the whole message.

A written card keeps the words. The video guest book keeps your grandmother leaning in too close to the camera, your best friend's laugh before the punchline, and the table of cousins who insisted on recording together. Guests pick up the mic, tap the screen and talk. You get every clip, unedited. $400 with any booth or on its own, or a $200 upgrade from the audio phone in the Wedding Bundle.

Upgrade in the Wedding Bundle+$200

The $1,100 Wedding Bundle includes the Audio Guest Book. Add $200 and we upgrade the phone to the video kiosk. Anywhere else, with any staffed booth or booked on its own, it's $400.

How It Works

Tap. Talk. Tap to stop.

Three steps, and you aren't involved in any of them on the night.

We set it up

The kiosk stands on its own and needs one outlet. We place it where the light is kind and the speakers are far enough away to hear people.

Guests tap and talk

Pick up the mic, tap the screen, say the thing, tap to stop. Twenty seconds or three minutes. No app, no login, no phone of their own needed.

You get every clip

All recordings arrive in a secure online folder within seven days. The raw clips, in full, not a two-minute reel somebody else decided on.

What Comes With It

Everything at the kiosk, nothing to rent around it

  • A freestanding kiosk

Screen, handheld mic and a built-in light, in a clean white cabinet that suits a garden or a ballroom.

  • Your welcome screen

Your names and a line of your own on the screen, so the first thing guests see is you, not a menu.

  • Unlimited recordings

No per-clip limit and no time window. Cocktail hour through last call, every message counts.

  • A prompt sign

A “Leave us a video message” sign with one question on it, which gets better clips than a blank invitation.

Get Better Clips

Prompts and placement, from the nights we've run

“Say something” gets a wave and a nervous congratulations. A real question gets a story. Some that work: “Tell us the moment you knew we were a thing.” “Give us one rule for year one.” “Record something for our kids to find in twenty years.” “Do your best impression of one of us.”

Light

The bright corner beats the central one

The kiosk has its own light, but a dark corner still films dark. We pick the spot with the best light at setup, even if it's not the obvious one.

Sound

Keep it away from the speakers

Music drowning the voice is the one real complaint about video guest books. A hallway or the lobby outside the hall often beats the ballroom itself.

Timing

Leave it out all night

Early clips are polished congratulations. After dinner come the stories. Late night brings the group recordings you'll replay most. A short window only catches one mood.

Pairing

Put it next to the booth

Guests coming out of the photo booth are already loose and laughing. Set the kiosk a few steps away and they walk straight over.

Audio Or Video?

Two guest books, two different keepsakes

We run both, so here's the honest version.

Video guest book

Faces and voices together

You see who's talking, who's crowding into frame, and who cried halfway through. It needs decent light and a spot that isn't right beside the DJ, and a few guests will always be camera-shy.

Audio guest book

The most candid of the two

A vintage phone receiver makes people talk like themselves, and it works anywhere guests pause. It comes with the Wedding Bundle, and upgrading it to video there is $200. See the audio guest book.

Video Guest Book FAQs

Asked before every booking

How much does a video guest book rental cost?

$400, added to any staffed photo booth or rented on its own. In the $1,100 Wedding Bundle it's a $200 upgrade from the included Audio Guest Book. Every option is delivered, set up and collected the same night, with unlimited recordings.

Does the video guest book need wifi?

No. Clips are saved on the kiosk and uploaded to your folder afterwards. It needs one standard outlet.

How long can each message be?

As long as the guest likes. Most land somewhere between twenty seconds and two minutes, and there is no cap on how many clips the night collects.

Do you edit the clips into a video?

No. You get every raw clip, in full, in a secure online folder within seven days. If you want a highlight reel later, you have everything an editor needs.

Can the kiosk go outside?

Under cover, yes. It isn't weatherproof, and a screen is hard to read in direct sun, so a tent or covered patio works best.

Video guest book or audio guest book — which should we pick?

Video keeps faces and voices together, and needs decent light and a quieter spot. The audio phone is more candid and works anywhere guests pause. The Wedding Bundle includes the audio phone; upgrading it to video is $200.
