We worked with PicBooth at the JUNO Awards Official After Party in support of MusiCounts and the experience was nothing short of AMAZING. The guests were so happy. … MusiCounts would 10000000% work with them again.
Draw Bots in the EY booth at ServiceNow World Forum
360+ guests, drawn in one show day.
November 3, 2026. ServiceNow World Forum Toronto filled the MTCC South Building with a day of AI sessions, hands-on labs and an expo floor. EY Canada booked two of our Draw Bots for its booth: guests picked one of four Toronto themes, then watched a robot arm draw them in pen on an EY-branded card. By the end of the day, the bots had drawn more than 360 of them.

A busy expo floor and a booth with firm edges
EY Canada's Brand, Market & Communications team ran a 16×8 booth on the World Forum expo floor, competing with every other exhibitor for the same attendees between sessions. The goal was engagement: EY scanned badges for leads with its own scanners, so the station's job was to stop people, hold them, and send them off with EY in their hand. Show rules kept every exhibitor inside its footprint, so nothing could spill into the aisle.
- Pull attendees into the booth between sessions
- Give the EY team an easy way to start a conversation
- Put the EY name on something people keep
- Fit inside a 16×8, with no tables added
- Run the full show day, set up and tested before doors
- Keep our crew's footprint small in a booth full of EY people
Two Draw Bots, four ways to be drawn
Guests stepped up to one of two iPads, picked a theme and posed for the camera. Then the arm, with EY on its side, drew them in pen on a 4×6 card carrying artwork from EY's creative team. Every finished sketch went up on a live gallery screen in the booth, so the wall of faces kept growing all day.
Why it worked on a busy expo floor
- A moving arm reads from the aisle, and people stop to watch strangers get drawn
- Choosing a theme gives guests and the EY team something to talk about while they wait
- The live gallery screen showed the day's drawings to everyone walking past
- Friends could be drawn together on one card
Four themes, all Toronto
We built the art with EY's team before the show, around the city hosting it and the line on EY's own booth wall: Shape the future with confidence. Guests chose their theme at the iPad, and more than 360 of them left with a sketch. Here are three from each theme.
The Toronto streetcar
Waving from a 504 King streetcar, coffee and briefcase in hand, with the CN Tower behind.

Superhero over the skyline
Cape out, fist forward, flying past the CN Tower under a Power Up!, Boss! or Focus! burst.

The Toronto raccoon
The city's unofficial mascot, in a suit with a coffee of its own, riding in the guest's arms.

The visionary blueprint
The Toronto skyline as a blueprint, in the guest's hands or under their feet, a nod to EY's Shape the future line.

45 seconds in the EY booth
Our highlight reel from the show floor: the arm at work on EY cards, the crowd at the iPads, the live sketch gallery and a run of finished portraits in all four themes.
- A real felt-tip pen on EY's printed card, not an inkjet copy
- The arm lifts away and the finished card goes straight into the guest's hand
- The live screen kept every finished sketch in view for the next guest in line
The same bots drew the JUNO After Party
What an exhibitor is actually buying
360+ portraits in one day
Two bots drew more than 360 guests at World Forum. Each bot draws 20 to 60 portraits an hour, depending on the art, and we size the station to your show hours before the show.
Fits the booth you have
Two bots, two iPads and a live screen worked inside EY's 16×8 without adding a table. At ACE 2026, two bots shared a 10×10.
Award shows, arenas, expo floors
The same bots worked the JUNO After Party and drew 400 fans at the River Lions home opener. A convention centre floor is a room we know.
About Draw Bots at Toronto trade shows
Can Draw Bots fit in a small trade show booth?
Yes. At ServiceNow World Forum, two bots, two check-in iPads and a live sketch screen worked inside EY's 16×8 without an extra table, because show rules kept every exhibitor inside its footprint. We plan the layout with you before load-in so the arms face the aisle.
Can guests choose how they are drawn?
Yes. At World Forum, guests picked one of four themes on the iPad: a Toronto streetcar, a superhero over the skyline, the Toronto raccoon or a blueprint of the skyline. We design the themes with you before the show around your brand, your message and the city.
Do we have to use your lead capture?
No. EY scanned attendee badges with its own scanners, so we left our data capture off and sent guests straight to their sketch. If you want an opt-in list, the check-in iPad collects names and emails and you receive a CSV after the show.
How many people can Draw Bots draw in a day?
At World Forum, two bots drew more than 360 guests in one show day. Each bot draws 20 to 60 portraits an hour, depending on the art, so we size the number of bots to your show hours and expected traffic before the show.
Do you work Toronto convention centres?
Yes. World Forum was at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre. We work convention centres, hotels and expo halls across Toronto, the GTA, Hamilton and Niagara, staff the station for every show hour you book, and send a certificate of insurance on request. More options for exhibitors are on our trade show booth attractions page.

Show, dates, booth size? Tell us the floor.
Send the show, the dates and your booth size. We'll tell you what's open, how many bots the floor needs, and which themes would suit your brand. If one bot is enough, we'll say so.
