Niagara Wedding Venues & the Photo Booth That Fits Each
Barrel cellars, Fallsview ballrooms, a conservation area. One honest pick per room.
A winery already did the decorating. The booth's job is to belong in the room and still make a sharp print at 10pm in candlelight. Below: the Niagara venues couples book most, by area, with the booth we'd put in each and where it goes. Staffed booths from $750, travel included; every room here is under 30 minutes from our garage.

Four kinds of Niagara room, four different answers
Niagara weddings happen in barrel cellars and event centres, hotel ballrooms, banquet halls, and outdoors under the escarpment. Each changes the light, the floor and where guests gather, and that picks the booth.
Barrel cellars & wineries
Warm wood, low ceilings, candlelight. The DSLR booth or Magic Mirror, both of which bring their own light; the wooden Retro booth if you want the cabinet to match the barrels. We adjust colour so skin tones stay natural under amber.
Hotel & resort ballrooms
Flat floors, clean power, controlled light. Any booth works; the Mirror looks the part at black tie, and the 360 gets an easy, shadow-free sweep.
Banquet halls
300 to 1,000 guests. The Mirror, four hours, placed where the back tables can see it, plus Pic Booth One on every table so nobody has to line up to get photos.
Outdoor & conservation
Level ground, shade and power, confirmed first. Booth sits at the ceremony-to-cocktail transition so guests flow into it, then moves indoors after dark.
Wine country's front room: White Oaks to Ravine
Niagara-on-the-Lake lists 30 wedding venues on Ontario Wedding Vendors, more than anywhere else in the region. Capacities are the venues' listed numbers.
White Oaks Resort & Spa
Modern event rooms, flat floors, clean power, controlled lighting: the easiest room on this page. Our pick: Magic Mirror for black-tie receptions, where its sleek frame matches the room. The separate cocktail lounge is the right quiet corner for the Audio Guest Book.
Ravine Vineyard Estate Winery
The barrel cellar is moody, low-ceilinged and warm, and the metallic prints glow in it. Our pick: Magic Mirror (one Ravine couple designed a wine-label print template to match the winery). In the larger Event Centre we've run the Mirror and the 360 side by side.
Peller Estates
Polished, formal, a lot of white tablecloth. Our pick: DSLR booth with a clean custom 4×6 template that borrows the invitation typography. Restraint reads better than props here; a curated prop set or none at all.
Pillar and Post Inn & Spa
A 250-seat heritage inn with its own garden venue. Our pick: Magic Mirror indoors; the Instax Wide EVO cameras on the garden tables for the outdoor hour, no second booth needed.
Queen's Landing
The largest hotel ballroom in town at 420. Our pick: Magic Mirror, four hours, dance-floor side, plus Pic Booth One so the whole room gets the gallery, not just the people who lined up.
Prince of Wales Hotel
Victorian, intimate, ornate. Big hardware fights the room. Our pick: DSLR booth, tight footprint, metallic prints that suit the wallpaper, or the guest-run Magazine Booth for an editorial feel without an attendant in frame.
Jackson-Triggs Niagara Estate
We've run the co-branded booth for the Jackson-Triggs concert series, so we know the estate. Our pick: DSLR booth with a custom strip for weddings; the 360 on the lawn for a summer cocktail hour.
Bella Terra Vineyards
An outdoor-first vineyard venue, so the booth plan starts with sunset. Our pick: DSLR booth under cover with power confirmed, and the Keychain Station for a favour guests leave with in their pocket.
Two Sisters · Konzelmann · Chateau des Charmes · Stratus
Four of the Lake's big estate wineries, each with a formal indoor room and a terrace. Our pick: Magic Mirror indoors for all four; the 360 only if the reception is party-forward. Two Sisters · Konzelmann · Chateau des Charmes · Stratus
The Wedding Bundle is $1,100, any venue on this page.
Four-hour Magic Mirror, Audio Guest Book, five screen-free cameras and Pic Booth One. Travel included.
Bench wineries and the falls at Ball's Falls
Lincoln lists 19 venues, nearly all wineries, plus the conservation area everyone pictures when they say "outdoor Niagara wedding."
Ball's Falls Conservation Area
Bring-your-own-vendor, 110 guests, outdoors with a heritage barn. Our pick: DSLR booth inside the barn with power confirmed and the printer out of the sun; screen-free cameras on tables for the grounds.
Inn on the Twenty
Boutique rooms that suit one focused setup near the entrance, not three activations. Our pick: DSLR booth or Magic Mirror, one or the other. Less spectacle, more polish; the prints feel like keepsakes here.
Calamus Estate Winery
A relaxed Jordan winery with real outdoor space, and one of the weddings on our wedding page. Our pick: Magic Mirror indoors for the reception; the 360 on the lawn if cocktail hour runs long in July.
Vineland Estates Winery
Escarpment views and a carriage-house feel. Our pick: DSLR booth with a wine-country template, metallic prints. Strobes handle the stone and timber after sunset.
Redstone Winery & Restaurant
Eighty guests in a modern glass room. Our pick: guest-run Magazine Booth, all day, no attendant in a room this intimate, or five Instax Wide EVO cameras and no booth at all.
Honsberger Estate
Farmhouse-and-orchard setting, dinner-party pace. Our pick: DSLR booth, three hours from after-dinner through first dances. Curated props or none.
Stonewall Estates
Outdoor vineyard ceremonies. We place the booth where guests cross from ceremony to cocktail hour so they flow straight into it. Our pick: 360 booth for the golden hour, then the Mirror indoors.
Club Roma, Stone Mill, 13th Street, Henry of Pelham
Our garage is in St. Catharines. These rooms are a ten-minute drive, and we've worked most of them more than once.
Club Roma
The city's big ballroom, 500 at capacity, with a garden terrace. Our pick: Magic Mirror, four hours. Club Roma couples run the Mirror as a photo-guestbook: every print pairs with a message overlay, and the night ends with a book of full-length portraits and notes. The terrace takes the 360 between ceremony and reception.
Stone Mill Inn
The Stone Mill Ballroom's heritage stone photographs beautifully and needs help after dusk. Our pick: DSLR booth. Studio strobes do the work the room's sconces can't, and the metallic prints pick up the stone.
13th Street Winery
Outdoor ceremonies with a gallery-like indoor space. The booth goes at the ceremony-to-cocktail handoff; cellular can drop when 150 guests reach for their phones, so we bring our own hotspot. Our pick: Magic Mirror indoors; 360 outside while the light holds.
Henry of Pelham
Coach-house character and a loyal local following. Our pick: DSLR booth with a wine-label template, or the Draw Bots if you want a sketch artist that never takes a break.
Hernder Estate Wines
Known for its chapel courtyard and barn reception. Our pick: Magic Mirror in the barn, and the Audio Guest Book in the courtyard once the ceremony clears, where it's quiet enough to hear yourself say something true.
Fallsview ballrooms and the 1,000-seat rooms
Destination weddings land here: hotel ballrooms with a view and banquet halls built for the biggest Italian weddings in the region.
Wyndham Grand Fallsview
Hotel ballroom logistics: loading dock, elevators, clean power. Our pick: Magic Mirror. Fallsview rooms skew black-tie and the Mirror dresses for it. Ask the coordinator for a spot off the dance floor, not the pre-function hall.
Club Italia Event Centre
Six hundred guests, long dinner, big dance floor. Our pick: Magic Mirror, four hours, with the Keychain Station: at this size, a favour guests carry out beats a print left on the table.
Grandé Ballroom, Americana Resort
The biggest listed room in Niagara. One booth can't serve a thousand; the plan is Magic Mirror plus Pic Booth One on every table, so the gallery reaches the whole room and the line stays a line.
Beechwood Golf & Social House
Patio-until-sunset rhythm. Our pick: 360 booth on the patio for cocktail hour, DSLR booth by the bar for the rest of the night.
Lundy Manor Wine Cellars
A small cellar venue in the city. Our pick: DSLR booth, compact footprint, warm-toned template. Our Niagara Falls wedding page covers the destination logistics.

Niagara is home. These rooms are the commute.
Pic Booth is based in St. Catharines. Every venue on this page is between ten and thirty minutes from the garage, which is why travel is included and why we already know where the power is at most of them. Same booths that ran the JUNO After Party, same team.

Venue questions, answered plainly
Which photo booth works best at a Niagara winery wedding?
Indoors, in a barrel cellar or event centre, the Magic Mirror or the DSLR booth: both bring their own light, so the room stays candlelit and the prints stay sharp. For a vineyard-terrace cocktail hour, the 360 booth while the sun is up. Most winery couples book three hours, from cocktail hour through the first hour of dancing.
Can you run a photo booth outdoors at a Niagara vineyard or Ball's Falls?
Yes, with level ground, shade from direct sun and power within reach, all confirmed with the venue beforehand. Outdoor ceremony sites like 13th Street Winery or Stonewall Estates work best with the booth placed where guests move from ceremony to cocktail hour, so they flow into it. After dark, the booth moves indoors.
Do you charge travel to Niagara-on-the-Lake, Jordan or Niagara Falls?
No. Pic Booth is based in St. Catharines; every venue on this page is 10 to 30 minutes from the garage. Travel is included on every quote, in Niagara and across the GTA.
What does a wedding photo booth cost in Niagara?
Staffed booths: DSLR from $750, Magic Mirror from $800, 360 from $900, each with an attendant. The Wedding Bundle is $1,100: a four-hour Magic Mirror, the Audio Guest Book, five screen-free cameras and Pic Booth One. Self-serve starts at $449 through Snap & Go. The venue doesn't change the price. See pricing.
My venue isn't listed. Do you still know the room?
Probably. Niagara is home, and this list is the venues couples ask about most from the Ontario Wedding Vendors directory, not everywhere we've worked. Send the venue with your date and we'll tell you which booth fits it and where it goes.
