A QR code seating chart that finds every guest's table
Type a name. See the table. About three seconds.
Find My Seat is the seat finder inside Pic Booth One. Guests scan the code on your welcome sign, type their name, and see their table number and who they're sitting with. A nickname, a typo or a maiden name still finds them. It comes with every Pic Booth wedding.

Your name
What a guest sees after typing a nickname and half a surname.
Forty guests, one easel, and a chart in tiny type
A printed seating chart works for four people at a time. Cocktail hour ends and everyone heads in at once.
The crowd at the easel
The line forms in front of a foam board while dinner waits. The people at the back can't read it, so they ask the people at the front.
The name that isn't there
Your aunt is listed as Elizabeth. She's looking for Liz. She checks the board twice and then taps the nearest bridesmaid.
The change after printing
Someone cancels on Thursday, two tables merge on Friday, and the printed chart is wrong before anyone reads it.
How guests find their table
Scan the sign
The QR code sits on your welcome sign or table cards. Guests open their phone camera, point it, and a page opens in the browser. No app, no account.
Type a name
First name, last name, nickname or a guess at the spelling. Mike finds Michael, Liz finds Elizabeth, a maiden name finds a married one, and a typo gets the closest match instead of a blank screen.
See the table and the company
The table number comes up large, with the names of everyone else seated there, so guests can find each other before they find their chairs.
Your seating chart, editable until the last minute
It comes with every Pic Booth wedding booking, along with the rest of Pic Booth One — no add-on, no upgrade.
-
Import the list you already have
Drop in our CSV template, paste from a spreadsheet, or type tables into a form. Most planning apps export a guest list as a spreadsheet, so there's usually nothing to retype.
-
Edit from your phone
Move a guest from table 8 to table 12 the night before, or between dinner and dessert. Their next scan shows the new table.
-
Never reprint the sign
The code never changes, so the sign you print in August still works after every edit you make in October.
-
Keep the paper chart if you like
Plenty of couples still put a chart at the door. Find My Seat takes the crowd off it, so the guests who prefer paper can actually read it.

Find My Seat, answered plainly
How do guests find their seat with a QR code?
Guests point their phone camera at the code on your sign and the page opens in their browser. They type their name and see their table number and who else is at the table. It takes about three seconds, with no app to download and no account to create.
Does Find My Seat handle nicknames and misspellings?
Yes. Common nicknames are matched automatically: Mike finds Michael, Liz finds Elizabeth, Tony finds Anthony, Bill finds William. Maiden names work too. If a guest misspells a name, the seat finder suggests the closest match instead of showing nothing.
Can I change the seating chart after the sign is printed?
Yes, any time, including during the reception. Edit from your phone, laptop or your planner's tablet and the change shows the next time a guest scans. The QR code itself never changes, so the sign never needs reprinting.
How do I get our guest list in?
Upload our CSV template, paste from Google Sheets or Excel, or fill in the form one row at a time. Most wedding planning apps export a guest list as a spreadsheet, so a full list usually goes in within a few minutes.
Is Find My Seat included with my booking?
Yes. Find My Seat and the photo gallery come with every Pic Booth wedding booking, whatever booth and however many hours. Together with the rest of Pic Booth One it carries a $150 value, and there's nothing to add at checkout.
Book the booth. The seating chart comes with it.
Send your date and venue and you'll get availability and an all-in number, usually the same day.
Send the date. We'll set up the seating.
Wedding date, venue and a rough guest count. We confirm availability, recommend a booth, and set up your Find My Seat once you book.
