Your wedding-day itinerary, in every guest's pocket
Update it once. Everyone sees it.
The day-of itinerary lays out your wedding in order, from ceremony to last dance, with the time, the place and a directions button for each stop. When the first dance moves fifteen minutes, you change it once and every guest who checks sees the new time. Included when you book any Pic Booth booth for 4 hours or more.

The questions that land on the couple
On the day, everyone wants to know what's next, and they ask the two people with the least time to answer.
“What time is dinner?”
Asked of the bride, the groom, both mothers and the nearest bridesmaid, all afternoon. The answer is on every phone instead.
Two venues, two towns
Niagara weddings often put the ceremony in one town and the reception in another. One tap opens Google Maps to the right address.
The website nobody re-reads
Your wedding website is great in March. On the day, guests need the plan in their hand, not in a tab they bookmarked months ago.
From your timeline to every guest's phone
Lay out the day
Add each event with a time and a place: ceremony, photos, cocktails, dinner, speeches, last call.
Add what guests ask about
Parking, the shuttle, dress code, the plan if it rains. Each note sits on the event it belongs to.
Change it on the day
Push something back from your phone and the next guest who checks sees the current plan.
One timeline, never out of date
It comes with Pic Booth One when you book any booth for 4 hours or more, and with the Wedding Bundle.
-
Directions built in
Every event with an address gets a Get Directions button that opens Google Maps straight to it.
-
Live edits

Notes where they matter
Parking instructions sit on the ceremony; the shuttle times sit on the last dance. Guests find them when they need them.

Same code as everything else
Guests already scanned it for their seat and the photos, so the schedule is one tap away all day.

The day-of itinerary, answered plainly
How do guests see the itinerary?
They scan your QR code and the timeline opens in their browser: the whole day in order, with times, places and directions. It's the same code they use for their seat and the photos, so it's always one tap away. No app, no login.
How do the directions work?
Every event with an address has a Get Directions button that opens Google Maps to that address. That matters most when the ceremony and reception are in different towns.
Can I update the schedule on the day?
Yes. Push an event back, add a detail or correct a location from your phone, and every guest sees the current version the next time they check.
Can I add notes like parking or dress code?
Yes. Add notes to any event, such as parking, shuttle times, dress code or a rain plan. Each note lives with the moment it relates to.
How is this different from our wedding website?
It's where it lives. A wedding website is something guests visit before the day and forget. The itinerary sits behind the QR code guests use all day for their seat and photos, so it's in their hand at the moment they need it.
Which bookings include the itinerary?
Any Pic Booth booth booked for 4 hours or more at your wedding includes it, and so does the $1,100 Wedding Bundle. Shorter bookings still get the photo gallery and Find My Seat.
