The wedding photo gallery, answered plainly
How do guests add photos to the gallery?
They scan the QR code on your sign, table cards or the photo booth with their phone camera. The gallery opens in the browser and they tap to upload from their camera roll or take a new photo. No app, no account, no login. Photos appear in your gallery within seconds.
Is there a limit on how many photos guests can upload?
No. Uploads are unlimited for every guest, and photos are kept at original resolution rather than compressed.
Who can see the photos?
Only people with your QR code. You decide whether guests can see everyone's uploads or only their own. Nothing is public and nothing is shared outside your wedding.
How do I download everything?
From your account, download single photos or the whole gallery as one ZIP file at original resolution. You can start downloading during the reception.
What stops inappropriate photos from showing up?
Every upload is moderated automatically before it appears in the gallery. Anything inappropriate is flagged and hidden, so nobody has to watch the uploads on your wedding night.
Is the photo gallery included with my booking?
Yes. The gallery and Find My Seat come with every Pic Booth wedding booking, whatever booth and however many hours. Book 4 hours or more and the same photos can play on the venue screen through the TV slideshow.
