In St. Catharines and south Niagara, 12 listed venues are mostly banquet halls and golf clubs: the same rooms that host company parties, galas and fundraisers. For a gala of 300 or more, the Magic Mirror or DSLR booth prints fast enough to keep the line short. Every staffed booth comes with an attendant. The self-serve booth runs itself until 11pm.

Niagara College's spring convocation in Welland ran the Magazine Booth as a drop-and-go: twelve ceremonies over six days, set up by 8 a.m., photos on the college's channels the same week. Multi-day events are quoted as one event, not six.

Being based in St. Catharines means the spare printer is a short drive away, not with a courier; a second booth can be added late; and setup can start in the morning for an evening event without anyone losing the day to the QEW. Staffed booths cover Thorold, Pelham, Welland, Port Colborne and Fort Erie at the same price as a St. Catharines room, and self-serve kits deliver free from Mississauga through Fort Erie and go home the same night. Do you charge travel to Welland, Port Colborne or Fort Erie?
No. It is under 40 minutes to anywhere in south Niagara, and travel is included everywhere we go anyway — the price for Fort Erie is the price for downtown St. Catharines.
Can we come and see the booths?
We do not operate a public showroom — we deliver and set up at your event venue. Contact us by phone or email to discuss your event.
Can you run a multi-day event like a convocation or a trade show?
Yes. The Niagara College convocation ran twelve ceremonies over six days on a guest-run Magazine Booth, set up by 8 a.m. each day. Multi-day events are quoted as one event.
Is self-serve available in south Niagara?
Yes — our self-serve booth from $450, delivered free from Mississauga through Fort Erie, set up between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m., running until 11 p.m., picked up the same night. Same mirrorless camera as the staffed DSLR booth, no attendant.
Do you do proms and graduations?
Yes — proms, grad formals and athletic banquets across Niagara. The 360 Video Booth is the usual pick; the DSLR booth with a school-branded print template is the other.
