Corporate Christmas and holiday party entertainment

Sales and accounting, in the same photo, voluntarily.

The short list for a staff party: a robot that draws your coworkers, a Magic Mirror with props and games, photo magnets that go home to the fridge, and a magazine cover for whoever carried the year. Each one is staffed, set up before the doors open, and themed to the season or your company — not only Christmas.

Holiday Party Ideas

Eight office Christmas party ideas that need no sign-up sheet

The best staff-party entertainment is the kind nobody has to be talked into. Pick one or two of these, not all eight.

Idea 1

Coworker caricatures

A robot arm draws each colleague as a caricature, in pen, on a sheet with the company name and the year — made to be pinned above a desk in January. See the robot caricature artist.

Idea 2

A mirror that runs the games

The Magic Mirror talks, animates and prints in seconds, and plays tic-tac-toe on the glass while the print comes out. Add a props table and it runs itself.

Idea 3

Photo magnets for the fridge

Made at the station from the booth photos and handed over finished. They go home to the family fridge instead of a camera roll. $400 for up to 100.

Idea 4

A year-end magazine cover

Your team on the cover with a headline you write — the year's big win, a department award, a retirement. The Magazine booth is one flat price from $1,000 for the day.

Idea 5

The night on a big screen

Our projector plays the booth photos live as the party goes, and can run your own year-in-review slides during dinner. $200 with any staffed booth.

Idea 6

A family holiday party

When kids are invited, the Draw Bot line art becomes a colouring page and the Mirror's animations hold their attention. Parents get ten quiet minutes.

Idea 7

The company logo, built from the team

Every guest photo becomes a tile on the photo mosaic wall, and by the end of the night the tiles add up to your logo. A finale people walk over to find themselves in.

Idea 8

Keychains for everyone

Pressed at the station from the booth photos and handed over finished — a small gift that ends up on a lanyard or a car key. $400 for up to 100.

Themes

Christmas, winter, or just your logo

Not every team celebrates the same holiday, and a staff party doesn't have to pick one. Every theme comes with props to match, and every design is proofed by you before the party.

  • Christmas: the classic red-and-green frames and props
  • Winter Wonderland: snow and frost, no religious imagery
  • Ugly sweater night: plain frames that let the sweaters do the talking
  • Office awards: magazine covers with the award as the headline
  • Year-end: New Year's, or the year in big numbers
  • Company-branded: your logo and the party name, nothing seasonal
Booking It

Booking a holiday party booth, in four steps

Hold the date

As soon as the venue is confirmed — December Fridays and Saturdays fill for every vendor at once. A flat $100 deposit holds it and moves with the party for up to 18 months.

Send the headcount

Rough is fine. It tells us whether one station is enough or the room needs two.

Approve the design

Pick the theme, send the logo, sign off on the proof about two weeks out. The balance is due 14 days before the party.

Show up

We arrive about 40 minutes before your guests, set up, and run it until the last coworker leaves the booth.

Questions

Holiday party entertainment, answered plainly

What are good corporate Christmas party ideas?

Ideas that people join without being organized into it: caricatures of coworkers drawn by a robot, a Magic Mirror with props and games, photo magnets made on the spot, a year-end magazine cover, the company logo built from guest photos, keychains for everyone and the night's photos playing on a projector. Pick one or two, not all eight.

How far ahead should we book a holiday party photo booth?

As soon as the venue is confirmed. December Fridays and Saturdays fill for every vendor at once, and some 2027 weekends are already fully booked. Weeknights and January dates are easier to get.

Can the theme be winter or company-branded instead of Christmas?

Yes. Many teams celebrate different holidays, so we design Christmas, winter, New Year or plain company-branded frames and sheets, and you approve the proof before the party.

How much should we budget per guest?

For keepsakes the maths is simple: magnets or keychains are $4 a guest at 100 people, then $50 for each extra 10, and both together are $7 a guest at 100. The Magazine booth is one $1,000 day rate however many use it, and Draw Bots start at $1,000. Staffed booths are on the rate card.

How many coworkers can the robot draw?

Each Draw Bot finishes a sheet in one to three minutes — 20 to 60 people an hour — and we can bring up to three. For a party of 80, one bot over three hours covers the room at its faster pace; two bots cover it comfortably. The Magic Mirror moves 100+ guests an hour if you want everyone through quickly.

What does the venue need?

Roughly 8×8 feet and one outlet per station, about 40 minutes of setup before guests arrive, and nothing from the venue's Wi-Fi — we bring a hotspot. A certificate of insurance naming the venue is free on request.

Does it work for a small team?

Yes. One station covers a small team easily. If the budget is tight and the group is casual, our self-serve booth, Snap & Go, is dropped off and runs itself.

Can families and kids come to the party?

Yes. The Mirror works for all ages, and the Draw Bot line art doubles as a colouring sheet, which buys parents a quiet ten minutes.

Can remote staff take part?

Yes. They send a selfie through the QR link, get drawn live in the room with everyone else, and the digital copy lands in their inbox — the closest thing to being at the party.

Do you do January staff parties?

Yes. Plenty of teams move their party into January to skip the December rush, and the themes switch to winter or New Year.

What does holiday party entertainment cost?

Magnets or keychains are $400 for up to 100, both are $700, the live slideshow projector is $200, and the Magazine booth and Draw Bots both start at $1,000. Staffed booths are on the published rate card. The deposit is a flat $100.

Do you do Christmas parties in Toronto and Niagara?

Yes — offices, restaurants, hotels and banquet halls across Niagara, Hamilton, Burlington, Oakville, Mississauga, Toronto and the GTA. Travel is included. Planning something bigger than a party? See corporate event entertainment.
