Corporate Entertainment · Toronto & Niagara

Corporate event entertainment your guests take home

A band plays a set. These run all evening.

Interactive stations for conferences, galas, client-appreciation nights and staff parties: a robot that draws your guests, a mirror that talks back, a magazine cover with a headline you write. People join when they feel like it, the room keeps its own pace, and everyone leaves holding something with your event's name on it.

Choosing the Format

A performance, or something running in the background?

Corporate entertainment comes in two shapes. Most nights need both, at different times.

Performers

Hold the whole room for a set

A band, a comedian, a magician on a stage. Everyone watches the same thing at the same time, for twenty minutes or two hours. Book them for the slot the agenda gives them — and not much longer, because a seated audience gets restless.

Interactive stations

Run while the room does its own thing

Cocktail hour, conference breaks, the hour after the awards when nobody is ready to go home. Guests step in when they want, step out when the speeches start, and take something with them. That is the part of the night we cover.

By the Moment

What to book for each part of the night

Arrival and cocktail hour

The longest stretch with nothing scheduled. Draw Bots give strangers something to gather around and talk about; the Magic Mirror moves 100+ guests an hour.

Breaks between sessions

Fifteen minutes and a coffee line. Speed matters: the Mirror prints in seconds, and a keychain station hands delegates something on their way back in.

After dinner and the speeches

When the dance floor isn't for everyone: the 360 video booth, a props-heavy booth, and the night's photos playing on our projector for $200.

By the Event

Matched to the event you are running

Conferences and AGMs

Something to do between sessions

Draw Bots or the Mirror in the foyer, with an opt-in so the organizer leaves with a list. Exhibiting rather than hosting? See trade show booth attractions.

Galas and awards nights

Dressed-up rooms, recognition moments

The Magazine booth puts honourees on a cover with your headline, and metallic prints hold up beside the table settings.

Client appreciation

A keepsake that lands on a client's desk

Realistic Draw Bot portraits on your letterhead. A drawing of a client, from you, tends to stay on display long after the thank-you card is recycled.

Staff parties and family days

All ages, low effort

Props, games on the Mirror, and caricatures kids can colour later. December has its own page: holiday party entertainment.

At Scale

Two crowds that would swamp a single performer

Proof that a station keeps working when the room is full, not just when it is quiet.

From a Gala Committee

The Starlight Gala, in their words

★★★★★
We hired Pic Booth for a gala in St. Catharines, and it was honestly one of the best decisions we made. The Magic Mirror photo booth was a huge hit with our guests — everyone loved how interactive it was, and the instant prints were of amazing quality. … We also loved how modern and elegant the Magic Mirror looked — it fit perfectly with the gala atmosphere.

Questions

Corporate event entertainment, answered plainly

What is corporate entertainment?

Anything booked to keep employees, clients or delegates engaged at a company event: performers who hold the room for a set, and interactive stations guests use on their own time through the evening.

What is good entertainment for a corporate event?

Match it to the part of the night. Performers suit the moments when everyone is meant to watch the same thing. Interactive stations suit the unstructured stretches, like cocktail hour, conference breaks and the hour after the speeches, because guests join when they want and leave with something.

How many hours should we book?

Cover the stretches when guests are on their feet and skip the ones when they are seated for a keynote or dinner service. Send the run of show and we will recommend the hours, including when one station is enough.

How far ahead should we book?

Once the venue and date are set. A flat $100 deposit holds the date and transfers for 18 months if the event moves; branded designs are proofed about two weeks out, and the balance is due 14 days before. Book as early as you can — some 2027 weekends are already fully booked.

How many guests can a Draw Bot handle?

One bot draws 20 to 60 guests an hour, and we run up to three. The Magic Mirror moves 100+ guests an hour, which is why the two pair well: at the JUNO After Party they worked a room of more than 1,000 side by side for three and a half hours.

Can a station run alongside our band, DJ or emcee?

Yes. It needs its own 8×8 to 10×10 feet and an outlet, runs on our hotspot rather than the venue Wi-Fi, and guests drift between it and the dance floor. Send the run of show and we will place it where it doesn't compete with the stage.

Can remote or hybrid attendees take part?

Yes. Remote staff send a selfie through the QR link, their portrait is drawn live in the room with everyone else's, and the digital copy goes to their inbox.

Can the entertainment carry our branding?

Yes. Prints, drawn sheets, on-screen graphics and start screens are designed to your brand guide and proofed by your team about two weeks before the event.

Are you insured for corporate venues?

Yes. Every booking carries commercial general liability insurance, and we provide a certificate naming your venue or organization as additionally insured, on request, at no charge.

How much space and power does a station need?

Roughly 8×8 to 10×10 feet and a standard outlet within about 20 feet. We arrive about 40 minutes before guests to set up, and ask the venue to mark the spot.

Can you run more than one station at the same event?

Yes. With a fleet of seven booths we often pair two, for example Draw Bots in the reception area and the Magic Mirror near the bar, each with its own attendant.

What does corporate event entertainment cost?

Some prices are fixed: Draw Bots start at $1,000, the Magazine booth is from $1,000 for the whole day, a keychain or magnet station is $400 for up to 100 guests, and the live slideshow projector is $200. Mirror, 360, DSLR and Retro booths are on the published rate card; mosaic walls are quoted per event. The deposit is a flat $100 and travel is included, Toronto too.

Do you work Toronto venues?

Yes. Travel to Toronto and the GTA is included, a certificate of insurance naming the venue is free, and we are set up about 40 minutes before guests arrive. Our closest recent work to downtown is the Oakville Festivals of Film & Art and the JUNO After Party in Hamilton.

Where do you provide corporate entertainment?

Across Niagara, Hamilton, Burlington, Oakville, Mississauga, Brampton, Toronto and the rest of the GTA, from our base in St. Catharines.
